How to Book Your Event Mid-April to early October

 1. Please book your date with 30 days advanced notice.  Please call 914-582-7793 to secure your date.   Once you secure your date, we take down payments via zelle or personal check via mail.  

2.  Tell us the name and age of your birthday boy or girl.

3. Where will the party take place? Tell us the address and whether it is a home, park or other venue.   We need a flat area, 10x20 at least and a shady space is preferred.  If it is a park, please make sure you have proper permits.  

4. Tell us the number of birthday guests.

5. Tell us which craft/s you would like to include.

6. After you have done all of the above, download and email your signed contract and photo release form to Butterflybirthdays@yahoo.com

3.  Please tell us your address, the location of your event (indoor or outdoor). Charges apply for events outside our service area. 

We require a flat area 10x20 at least, shade is preferred. We need you to provide tables for the inside of our pavilion so that your butterfly scientists can use our magnifying glasses and explore the butterflies.  

4.  We recommend a 15 to 20 minute visit for a group of 8 to 10 guests.  Children under 6 will need your supervision.  You decide how many guests within the range we mentioned and you decide how long each session will be.  

5.  After you have contacted us and sent your down payment, (zelle or check by mail) download and email your contract and photo release form to butterflybirthdays@yahoo.com
